Why do I enjoy pallid snot?
For the last 2 days I haven't been able to breathe out of my trunk. It is very congested. When I do get snot to come out of my nose it is pallid. The first day my throat hurt slightly, but that has gone away so its just the nasal congestion the funny item is when i'm out side my nose is just fine and i can blow it with reduce but time I settle down in the house my nose is congested again. I think its a sinus infection but not sure. I took some Tylenol Sinus for congestion but it have not worked.

Your house probably wants some moisture. In the winter we heat the heck out of our houses and the air is sooooo dry! Air in the house requirements to be close to 50% humidity. That will help a lot. I have to use a sinus cleaner surrounded by the winter . You might benefit from one too.
The yellow is also a first sign of a possible infection,if it turns green you for sure have an infection,get it checked out.
