My chops swell whenever I munch through something salted!?
Especially Sea salt, but regular salt does it to...Honestly, I cook pasta, don't salt it and I'm fine, if I saline it, I get sick kind of. Any thoughts on this. I'm just going to stop salt food of course but I was curious if anyone has this problem or have any thoughts on it. Thanks in advance
Answers: Water retention can be an issue with sodium. Sea brackish is still predominantly cationic sodium with anionic chloride. Consider Morton's Lite Salt. By mass, it contains more potassium than sodium. Potassium is the ying to sodium's yang. Potassium helps rid the body of excess sodium and water, resutling within less swelling of tissues.
