Allergic reaction......?

Okay so, about four hours ago walking home from lunch in hot humid weather I noticed my hand were swollen and felt numb and tingly.
Then after an hour or more of walking my throat started closing up and feeling tingly and unnatural.
Now, it could be due to the weather, but do you think it could of been an allergic reaction to the walnuts or pilchards (or they could of be sardines?) I had today, which I don't normally have ever?
Answers:     If you felt like your throat started closing up then you should recount your doctor. It could be an allergy to the walnuts.
It could be the nuts or the weather but you can't be absolutely sure until you look in a doctor.
It could be any of the ingredients that you mention but take on in mind that people do develop nut allergies.

It sounds approaching it is getting better but if you don't want to go to the doctor then hold on to an eye on it.

Bear in mind that Nut Allergies should not be ignored.
