WHAT could be CAUSING my sons RASH?
He has had this red bumpy itchy rash on his entire body (except the face) since he be about 1 year old. He will be 3 in June. It comes & go but it never completely disappears. Cutivate was prescribed, and it works, but when I stop, it re-appears. The ped. allergist took a blood test and it came rear negative -except for eggs, which showed just a slightly positive sign of a possibe allergy, but not enough to utter "he's allergic to eggs" she still wants him back for a skin test to check for some other allergies.
Any philosophy?

And it is not eczema? That was my first thought. My son developed eczema around that age. He has allergies and we just try to steer clear odvious triggers and save his skin hydrated. My son also has spots that are worse like elbows, knees, wrists and the winter is the worst time.
I would say to definitely get the skin interview. Are you or your husband allergic to anything? Since my wife has some allergies to fruits and nuts, it was suggested that we do not to give our children consistent foods until they turned 4. Then introduce them slowly. These items included strawberries, and many types of nuts.
I'm not sure what free and clear detergent is but you may need to consider changing that as very well.
i am not sure but may be bed bugs... check his bed and yours may be its is there or may be try cotton yard goods may be it will help u or may be eczema
