Do i hold actual black mold?

the wall behind my tub has black mold at the bottom of it and i was wondering how to let somebody know if it is actually black mold or not. everybody in my family have been sick and had migraines etc. is there a tester i can buy at a store or anything? really stipulation help

a sheet of plastic over it and tape it up
call a mold company
