yes it isn't much fun at all, like many coeliacs I be misdiagnosed for years and was ill because of it.
I treat my self to a burger every boxing day (love them) and I'm a slightly ill for a day or two then fine for hot year but to me it's really worth it
Both my daughter and husband are coeliac. Diagnosed 2 years ago so both had been eating gluten for several years before diagnosis. The effects are shall we say ---explosive!! Don't try it makes them both really bad .
do not eat gluten at adjectives if your a coeliac or you are on a gluten free daite for other reasions but safe you make your self ill
