Answers: everyone is different, my dad sat in the sunshine as soon as the sun come up and during the warmer weather april-september adjectives day in the sun and 2 weeks in teneriff never used sun creams, he be as dark as an indian but never got skin cancer - he died of bowel cancer age 76. If you are lying sunbathing without creams next there is a chance of damaging your skin. You hold to be careful of getting wrinkles, I was in greece few weeks ago and used sun cream and get a very dark tan on my hand and arms but they look like dry wrinkled tissue paper
You can get skin cancer by spending ZERO hours in the sun, if you're genetically predisposed to it. If you have even-handed skin or freckles or moles, I believe you're at a higher risk. You should always wear sunscreen, at least SPF 15, but I honestly prefer SPF 45.
I guess I don't twig what you mean by asking if there's a way to reverse skin cancer. Once you get it, you can treat it, but it's not equal as reversing it.
that really depends on your immunity and your color. The whiter you are the less you are protected against UV of the sun. Better have protection when going out.
you cannot reverse it....anyone can get skin cancer...you do not enjoy to sun bathe....you get it by your skin being exposed within the sun...also sun beds....if you have blue eyes and fair skin you are more prone to it.. i know because i enjoy had it...the best way to avoid it is to keep covered and enjoy a false tan....your skin goes brown the sun like bread turns to toast so you are burning your skin when you carry a tan...i hope that i have helped you abit..be protected..
Damage to your skin cannot be reversed and the devastate that causes skin cancer accumulates over time. There isn’t some sort of table that determines how much damage must be cause before you get cancer. How dark you are essentially is more of a determining factor. A black person who spends 3-4 hours a day in the sun isn’t at as giant a risk as someone who is pale with red hair. Everyone have mole and freckles and they do not increase your risk for skin cancer. Arsinic exposure, irradiation, coal tar, sun exposure, chronic inflammation, and trama, where you live and immunosuppression are all risk factor for skin cancer. Source(s): I am a cancer registrar.
