Is within such entity as have a tumor surrounded by your nipple?

I have this lump on my left nipple and it's more puffy than my right and it's more circular than my right. So i'm wondering if anybody might know what it is? I"m scared that it might be a tumor.
Answers:     You could hold a tumor. But it can be removed very easily, not a big deal unless you enjoy a whole bunch of tumors.
