I am so stressed because I enjoy swollen lymph nodes within my nouns and no incentive..Please Help! Serious answers solitary?

Okay I have been in and out of the doctor since demonstration with sinus infections. I even had a high frenzy of 103 on June 9th and went into the dr with a really bad sore throat. He give me an antibiotic and I was well within a couple weeks. At the time he didn't do a strep check nor did he do a blood test for mono. Well....on this past Monday, July 6 I was putting on my makeup and notice a swollen tender lymph node right under my ear lobe! Like I can feel my earlobe and the swollen node at the same time. I hold never had a swollen lymph node in that area. It is on the not here side of my neck. I went into the doctor on Wednesday and he couldn't find anything. No ear infection, no sore throat...NOTHING! So he ordered blood work. He isn't going to be back surrounded by the office until Monday, but I talked to the nurse today and she said that my CMP bloodwork came support fine however my Hemoglobin was a 15.1 and my WBC was slightly elevated. I think they want it to be a 10.5 and mine be an 11.4 maybe?! Anyway I found another swollen node in my neck today on alike side. There are 3 total swollen lymph nodes and I have no idea what's causing it. I enjoy a 2 year old son and wonderful husband and after reading all this stuff on the internet I am afraid of cancer. Does anyone know what could be causing this and do you infer it might be cancer? Please be honest with me....
Answers:     Lymphoma needs to be done a lymphectomy. Dr.Answerth accurately and replied medically. I would like to add some stuff person just an ordinary man but experienced in helping such cases.Th swollen nodes are adjectives after some infection and lymph nodes resists or fights back such infection before not permit such infections entering deep into systems of blood or so are doing their job. Usually axilla or ex occipital regions have heaps groups of nodes and get involved in such fighting process. So plz. do not enjoy wrong apprehensions and try to go for FNAC of such swollen/infected nodes before consulting an onco.(clinical)Most probably you blood picture shows quite clean signs and fathoms away from carcinoma.. Your lymph nodes help your body scrap off viruses and bacteria. Lymph nodes become swollen when you own some sort of infection. There are over 600 lymph nodes scattered through out the body, most of them being in the manager and neck region. So it's quite common to see swollen lymph nodes at the back the ear or under the chin.
tment usually consists of taking a mild pain reliever and applying warm, moist compresses to the lymph nodes. The primary aim for the doctor is now finding the cause. A hemoglobin of 15.1 is insignificant at this point. Your white cell count is a little elevated. The usual variety is 5,000 to 10,000 and you're at 11,400. So an infection could be the problem.

You mentioned that you've been having problems with chronic sinus infections since March. Did your doctor bring any x-rays or blood tests at that time? Did he prescribe anything for you to take? When you had the illustrious fever and sore throat, did you take the antibiotic as prescribed? Also, did you complete the entire prescription?

You are going to have to be proactive in trying to find out where on earth your infection is and how to treat it. Start by reading the article below and then thinking about the questions above formerly talking with your doctor again.

Rest assured, this isn't cancer. Source(s): http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/swollen…
Answerthis gave a very righteous and accurate answer. I would like to add you do not have symptoms of lymphoma. Your blood work does not suggest lymphoma and swollen nodes while foreboding fine are indications they are doing their job well.
Are you 100 % sure that it is a lymph node? for several years and different doctors even some ear muzzle and throat doctors and many many many sore throats i have a gland below my left earlobe also swell and GROW ! There is a PAROTID GLAND there and i had a tumor that required main surgery and by the grace of GOD it was not cancer but could have been. And i be always told your are normal , blood work is fine and you have nil to worry about. So you might want to at least mention something roughly speaking this gland to your doctor and see what the doctor says because it is part of the salvatory system. good luck to you ,my tumor have grown so large you could feel it just next to your fingers but if you have an MRI or possibly a CT done in the specific area it should pick any abnormality
i know its hard to say-so don't worry so much but if there was an instant danger your dr's would have let you specified. our lymph nodes are there to filter out infections. i have breast cancer that invaded my lymph nodes now into my bones. if you don't gain any results from your dr. ask him for a referral to another type of dr. it could be just that you haven gotten completely well from your sinus's. good luck and i hope that everything will be ok. god bless
