Do I hold Cancer..............!?

I have a lump kinda like a big spot (but it is not a spot, and it wont burst)
eels complicated when i touch it...

DO you think it could be cancer? What are the signs, I am 19 years old!

Answers:    only 2000 teenagers a year get cancer so i would be telling you unlikely
BUT GO TO THE DOCTOR! dont be mortified they see this things all th time
