from what you say, i don't think there is anything wrong near you, other than anxiety and worry. If the doctors say you're fine, why don't you believe them? It sounds approaching all you have is gas and indigestion. I'm 99.9% sure you don't have stomach or liver cancer, but I'm not a doctor, only just a person.
