A small lump within breast?
Hello, i am 30 years old, and yesterday i noticed a small lump in my right breast, if i touch it, it moves, i can singular feel it when i am sitting or standig, not lying down. It doesnt hurt, but when i touch it its sensitive (i dont feel pain, but i consistency uncomfortable). I am going to see my doctor but i just wanted to hear some opinions contained by the mean time. Thank you
Answers: I enjoy no idea, I heard that that could mean breast cancer, but hopefully for you its something else, because that would be aweful! I don't suggest coffee would do that. Coffee does however, stain your teeth, speed up your matabolism, and can make you jittery and its addictive, you shouldn't drink coffee, that's my advice. Anyway, I would see a docter about that.
It might be a cyst.
cystic nature of a breast lump can be confirmed by ultrasound examination, aspiration (removal of contents with needle), or mammogram. Ultrasound can also show if the cyst contains solid nodules, a sign that the lesion may be pre-cancerous or cancerous. Examination by a cytopathologist of the fluid aspirated from the cyst may also backing with this diagnosis.
Symptoms
* A smooth, easily movable round or oval breast lump with distinct edges
* Breast stomach-ache or tenderness in the area of the lump
* Increased lump size and pain just before your period
* Having one or many simple breast cysts doesn't increase your risk of breast cancer.
Treatment
Typical treatment involves a Needle aspiration biopsy. Aspirated cysts often recur (come back); definitive treatment may require surgery.
Any course, go see a doctor, hope I am not wrong....
one of my family member is around 36 years old and she felt a lump and thought nothing of it, but yes it turned out to be cancer. my warning, go AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to the doctor, the faster it's treated, the better. remember breast cancer is one of the easiest treated types of cancer. Source(s): personal experience with family extremity.
It could possibly by a fluid filled cyst. Since you are with the sole purpose 30 you would probably want an ultrasound of the lump. With the ultrasound, the images will show the doctor whether or not the lump is fluid filled(cyst) or solid(mass)If it is a solid "mass" then a biopsy would be able to transmit you/ your doctor whether or not the lump is benign (harmless) or not. Please go see your doctor to get it checked out.
for sure go to the doctor that could be cancer.
While it could be cancer, keep hope!
It could just be a cyst or a fatty tumor.
of breast lumps are NOT cancer.
At 30, although possible, it would be rare for you to get breast cancer.
The certainty that is moves when you touch it is a good sign.
The fact that it is sensitive is a fitting sign.
My oncologist recommends that even her patients who have previously had breast cancer continue a week from discovery to examination with new lumps as this give hormonal reactions time to reduce.
It is good that you are seeing a Dr, but I expect you to be told this is zilch to worry about.
It is most potential a cyst, which really isn't that big of a deal. You can have it removed if you like. However, near is a chance of breasts cancer...but it is a low chance. Does it run in your ethnic group? Seeing your doctor is a good choice, just to be safe. Only s/he can determine what it is for sure, but don't stress yourself out too much. It is most potential harmless.
go check with doctor...hope we're adjectives wrong

You are very young for breast cancer - not as much of than 0.1% of those diagnosed with breast cancer are under 30 and only 4% are underneath 40.
Most breast lumps, even in women over 50 (who are 80% of those diagnosed with bc) are not cancerous, and most cancerous breast lumps aren't painful or tender.
ould also purely be a cyst. Hopefully that's what it is cause they are non life threatening and easy to seize rid of.
Good luck!!
Okay. If you feel a breast lump, I would consult a doctor immediately. He will probably transport you in for a mammogram. There, they will tell you whether the lump is a cyst, or it is malignant (cancerous). Source(s): I learned deeply from girl scouts.
Oh Honey go check that out to be sure!
