If I found a cure for cancer would the organization massacre me?

I mean I am pretty sure that the Govt made cancer as a form of population control.

Cancer have been cured many times, along with aids... The population isnt informed and the remedy isnt distributed becuase they craft billions, billions and billions of dollars off of fund raisers and cancer benefits.

what a goofy question!.... you must be Stage 4 Terminally BORED. The government didn't invent cancer, silly. For one, it's a disease that's be around long before there WAS such a thing as management. If YOU found a cure, your head would rotate and come off, releasing the alien inside: no human has [or ever will] found a cure. Ya know why? Because in attendance are over 200 different types of cancer, and they all have different structures from each other. Like, a lung cancer cell is not like as a colon cancer cell. Each one would need a different cure.

As for population control, leave that to humans in nonspecific. We are pretty much good at that on our own. Child and adult obesity, diabetes, heart disease, torpor, pneumonia and flu, tuberculosis, AIDS, suicide, car crashes, drowning, murder, and accidents of all kind. Humans are very capable of ruining their own lives. Forget the government... ha!
