Do I own breast caner?

I have a little lump on each of my breast and they are a moment or two sore do i have breast cancer?
Answers:    We can't diagnose you! Go see your doctor.
You should really get it checked out. I notice a lump on my breast also my ob/gyn set me up with an app. for a mammogram and ultra sound a week later I have surgery to remove it, and a week after that I found out it was a form of cancer, tubular carcinoma, its very treatable and is not life threatening, I am not trying to panic you but please get it checked out. I'm not sure how old you are not that it matters because I'm 31. Go as soon as you can to go and get it looked at.
You say elsewhere that you are 13. The chances of breast cancer at your age are exceptionally, very close to zero - it would, in reality, make news headlines across the world.
probability of having it in both breasts are even smaller..

Breast cancer is almost unheard of in below 25s, and fewer than 0.1% of those diagnosed are under 30. Only 5% are under 40 and most (80%) are over 50.

Most breast lumps, even surrounded by women over 50, aren't cancerous; most cancerous breast lumps aren't tender. sore or painful - the majority of people diagnosed with breast cancer hold felt no pain.

What you describe is perfectly average breast development.
e is no need to be examining your breasts at your age. The American Cancer Society and other cancer organisations recommend that women begin breast self nouns at the age of 20. Before that it's pointless; firstly because there are so many hormonal changes that near is no 'normal' - and self examination is about a woman knowing what's normal for her and reporting any change. And secondly because the chance of breast cancer is almost nil.

Talk to your mother; she should be able to reassure you
Its unusual for breast cancer to show up bilaterally in early stages. My suggestion would be to travel to your OBGYN and have he/she perform a mammography (or mammogram). Its the only passageway to be sure. There are many other things this could be besides cancer. You could have an infection of your lactic gland or ducts. Just go to the doctor.
Breast cancer is rarely painful in precipitate stages.
of breast lumps are not cancer.

Hormonal change are commonly tender and commonly occur in both breasts at the same time.

You don't give your age, but I am guessing you have just hit puberty and this is your everyday breast tissue development.
