Answers:     At this point, I wouldn't get the vaccine. Maybe later after this is settled. Most ppl next to intact immune systems clear the virus in three to five years naturally.
Short answer: don't worry--even if you hold some HPV that has progressed, it grows really slowly, and now your doctor is aware of it.
Asking for an HIV test be a good idea. Ask your doctor if you can be tested for any other STDs, too.

should get a vaccine for all the other types of HPV different than the one u got... i've hear this Aldara cream is really good although many side effects show up... You should see another doctor if u feel resembling doing it so...and an HIV test is recommended
HPV is a VERY common virus. Up to 85% of people, male and womanly have gotten it at some point in their lives. Most cases are cleared up by our own immune systems. Only one of the many HPVs end in genital warts. Cleansing your body will not get rid of any virus or anything else in your body, except for suitable bacteria.
HIV has nothing to do next to HPV.
First of all, DON'T PANIC. :-) You own some cells that are abnormal, and could become cancerous in adjectives. On the other hand, you could clear the HPV infection and they could revert to normal. The good entity is that there is time to keep an eye on them and intervene if necessary. Because it is so confidently detected and is slow-growing, cervical cancer is a very preventable cancer.

The strains of HPV that can cause cervical cancer do not cause distinct warts, which is why you've never seen any symptoms of HPV. To help your body combat off the virus, keep a healthy diet (plenty of fruits and vegetables), and if you smoke, stop. Otherwise here is nothing special to do.

I'm afraid "master cleanses" and so forth really have no benefit medically. Your liver and kidneys are well suited to eliminate toxins from your body without requiring induction of severe diarrhea, which is more likely to be harmful to your vigour than helpful.
