Am getting moles on my anul?

hello there am gay and i have hemorrhoids for a long time now finishing week i discovered that i have a spot on my *** like a smallpimple days passed and last nite it be itchy so i took a look at it it looked like the pimple turned into a mole and when i took a close look it was like nearby are more coming when i tried to touch them it pained in a pleasure way so am really scared becoz am surrounded by somewhere in africa i can see a doctor till i go back to holland and thats after 2 month.can this be anul cancer or a moment ago hemorrhoids
