AML-M4 back please? answer some Questions?

my 24 year old brother is suffering from AML-M4, he went through 3 rounds of chemo but sadly did not get done remission, we live in poor country (Georgia-Tbilisi) and our hospitals are poorly equipped they dont even have clean rooms and they told us that they can not doo really aggressive chemo, any route they sent my Brother home last night stating that there is zilch more they can do, we hired qualified Nurse to stay with him 24/7 to give him antibiotic Transfusions and such, he is also on regular Morphine injections as is suffering agonizing pains in his stomach, he lost too much freight but started eating better, we contacted several clinics abroad and closest and relatively cheapest clinic we found was within Israel, they are asking 150 000 $ for farther Treatment and Bone Marrow Transplant, Doctors here tell us that they will probably accept him just for MOney and he have no Chance we have nothing only article we are doing running to find some funding for him when they tell us we only have 10 days if he does not quit in 10 days they have to start another useless chemo here, they can not even tell us where on earth from is all the stomach ache! I am scared to demise and even though we have a NUrse me and my sister stay with my Brother all the time, I enjoy not slept last night I am in my 9th month pf pregnancy, I cry adjectives the time and dont know what to do how to help...is there any hope for us?
