Could be Hodgkins lyphoma. Do you have any of these symptoms?
* Painless swelling of lymph nodes in your nouns, armpits or groin
* Persistent fatigue
* Night sweats
* Unexplained weight loss — as much as 10 percent or more of your body weight
* Loss of appetite
* Itching
Luck!
Lymph nodes most commonly swell up when your body is conflict some sort of infection - but they should return to normal size after wards. Given that they have be there for 4 months - I would strongly recommend that you have them looked over by a doctor. It could be absolutely zilch to worry about at all, but its much better to be safer than sorry subsequent.
Your doctor will be able to run some tests to find out if there are any signs of an infection and consequently look at other possibilities.
