Answers:     Dude, don't ask YA! You necessitate to get to a doc soon to answer this one.

e are many causes of lumps surrounded by the scrotum. Some can simply be part of the normal anatomy. Abnormal causes include:

1) Testicular tumour
2) Hydrocoele
pididymitis
5) Varicocele
6) Testicular torsion
7) Indirect inguinal hernia

The best approach to find out is to get examined by your doctor. Once you've felt enough usual testes you know when there is something wrong. It's nothing to be embarrassed around and if there is something unusual then the earlier it is investigated and/or treated the better.
It's the "Vas deferens"
It's probably defacement tissue but it's best to get it checked out anyway.

No - it probably IS scar tissue actually. But it's still best to check near a doctor.
The bit you are probably feeling is the Epididymis, see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Epididymis
