I would resembling to know what are the symptoms of bowel cancer?
I have pain in my lower gone side and bowl movements which are covered in mucus with an oil looking discharge. I can enjoy 4/5 movements a day and am in a lot of agony. I also seem to be losing weight even though i eat very well. Some of my food is still identifiable when it has passed through my body. Any advice or opinions would be meet.
