I want to buy a hookah; question just about tobacco free shisha?
Is shisha as addictive as cigarettes? I know there is nicotine in it but I am thinking of getting a hookah and I want the tobacco free shisha. I just want to know because I don't want to achieve addicted like my pathetic boyfriend is to cigarettes. Plus my grandma died from emphazimia, I want to know if that has anything to do beside it too.

ll tobacco is equally addictive. It is adjectives the same substance, and shisha is made from nicotiana tabacum, the same species of nicotiana that cigarettes are made from. However, in hookahs habitually times more tobacco is smoked that in cigarettes. This can lead to a higher chance of nicotine addiction.
There have been no studies on Herbal Shisha. It contains Sugar Cane Bagasse instead of tobacco. I have be smoking for 9 years tobacco shisha and I am not addicted. Since my wife was pregnant I haven't smoked for over 9 months, do occassionally at a lounge now.
Some brands are pretty bad. But the best I enjoy found is Hydro Brand.
