I’m have chemotherapy, is it okay to drink out within restaurants?

As soon as my WBC count is up, my boyfriend wants to take me out to dinner. We want to know if it's alright to be eating out contained by restaurants while going through chemo? I have NHL. I'm 17. Thanks.
Answers:    I had to work everyday my wife was on 27 weeks of chemotherapy. Part of her morning routine would be that I would dispense her money to treat herself out to breakfast during her treatments.
every morning she would go out and eat a good breakfast next to good protein. Then her mom or girlfriends would call her for lunch sometimes.

Go out and enjoy!
By all means. Don't stop living the life you hold because of chemo. That would be the best thing for you right now. Go out, relax, have a honourable dinner. Nothing wrong with that. My husband and I took out his sister to dinner during the end of her chemo. She wanted to be near us. She had a great time. Had no qualms with talking roughly speaking her cancer and chemo. No one will stare at you if you lost your hair, Sorry about that. Just go and jump dancing after too if you feel up to it. Your Dr will tell you impossible to tell apart thing. Believe me,...I know. The best thing to do is to ask your doctor. Best of luck to you. My dad just started chemo. I craving you a speedy and full recovery. I would, if I was you, eat as full-bodied as possible.
When I be going to my radiation treatments out of town, we'd stop once or twice a week for a nice dinner. I was also on chemo at the same time.
Midnight! I've always be leery of buffet! I never eat them.
Yes it is fine, with the following caveats...
1) Make sure your white cell count is any fine or clearly on the mend (and preferably your ANC >1000, ask your doc)
2) Avoid buffets, period.
3) Avoid salads, period. Cleanliness regarding salad preparation is rather variable, and pseudomonas is a common bacteria present on salads, principally if they have set out for a while. This can be a dangerous bug, though interestingly is not as common a predator as it used to be.
ot a bad perception to keep hand sanitizer with you and use frequently

Otherwise, relish. Kudos to your BF.

Blessings
As long as your white blood cell counts are up, its fine. I would avoid the buffet still, though.
