Sounds like a pimple. I get them nearby often. If it gets worse or does not go away inside a couple of weeks, then maybe consult a doctor, but I really don't think you enjoy any reason to worry. Cancerous lesions on the feeler are generally not particularly painful.

It's called a pimple and if the people on here that HAVE cancer are morons for telling some citizens to see a dr, you are a moron for not knowing you got a zit in your nose!

Sebum is produced by sebaceous glands of the epidermis.
I haven't seen yours, so i can't be too shore. But for additional info you could flush it on the net.
