Have I get Cancer? Please back.?

I have recently had an ultrasound of my nouns and they found a couple of nodules on my thyroid which they say they are not worried about. I have have some blood tests which have all come stern fine. However I keep on getting difficulty swallowing, constant weakness and tiredness for a couple of hours a day respectively day, pain down the side of my throat, breathlessness but at the same time hold not got any visible swollen lymph nodes. My GP has referred me to a specialist for trialling. I have never felt anything like this beforehand. Something just feels very wrong. Don't know whether it's only just me being paranoid or whether there is something very wrong? Has anyone ever have this situation? If so what was your outcome? Is it possible that I may have Cancer?

The majority of thyroid nodules are benign (not cancerous), about 10% of nodules do contain cancer . Therefore, the primary purpose for evaluating a thyroid nodule is to determine whether cancer is present.
Occasionally, patients next to a thyroid nodule may have too little thyroid hormone or hypothyroidism. This is most often seen when the hypothyroidism is due to Hashimoto's thyroiditis, an inflammatory, autoimmune disease of the thyroid gland.
The impose of most thyroid nodules is not known. In certain cases, a lack of iodine contained by the diet can cause the thyroid gland to develop nodules. There also are certain genes that may be involved in the nouns of nodules in some individuals. Source(s): http://www.medicinenet.com/thyroid_nodul…
