What happen during a mammogram?
Though I fear cancer; I am having my first mammogram in June. Does it hurt? What take place during a mammogram? I saw an Oprah Winfrey segment on breast cancer. Some of the women were in there 30's. Is age 37 too childlike for a mammogram?
Answers: 37 is not too young if you are in a risk group (other female member with bc at an early age or many bc victims surrounded by close family, or actual genetic confirmation of BRCA1/2 genes).
