Answers:    The typical lung cancer casualty is in at least his mid 50's and has be smoking heavily, e.g., 3 packs a day, for many, heaps years. It simply does not happen at your age, not from smoking, anyway.

Another way of looking at it is that it takes 10 pack years for the risk to start going up -- that's 10 years at a pack a daytime, 20 years at half a pack, etc. So for now you're fine.
gestion and heartburn on the other hand should other be treated because it can lead to scarring of the esophagus. Buy some Prilosec at the drugstore, see if that does the trick -- if it doesn't go to your doctor who can prescribe something stronger, like Nexium.

You're right that the bone and united pain are probably growing pains, but it's never bad to have such things checked by a doctor. Difficulty swallowing could be a consequence of the heartburn (GERD), again, you should mention it to your doctor.

haven't be smoking long enough to get cancer from cigarettes yet. Smoking usually take years to kill you. Most often a slow and painful disappearance.

Sounds like something else. You should go to a doctor or clinic and get it checked out. Most diseases in a minute can be cured if you find them early. Good luck...
