I want to donate my spike to cancer sufferers!! Do you know how?

I will be donating about 12 inches of hair?
Answers:     Go to any hair salon/barber shop and ask them about donating fleece to charities. The most common one I know of is Loc's for Love.
I do believe it is 12 inches but I feel you may also be able to donate 8 inches depending on the charity.
If your salon doesn't participate within a hair donation program, that doesn't mean you can't donate -- or even that you have to hunt around for a new salon. You can mail in your own ponytail. Chances are your salon is equipped to distribute your hair in. Some collect batches of ponytails and consequently make one shipment

yes, i did this last year. You have to walk to a hairdresser that will cut your hair properly and ship it to a cancer place. you should call around to see who does this. i donated to sick children. its called wig for kids! Source(s): experience

within are some salons that donate the hair for you but there is also websites that own you mail the hair to them. try looking for one of them next time you shift on google or yahoo. also call local salons by you to see if any of them offer this program. probability are you will find at least one.
