Do i enjoy ovarian cancer?!?

i did a project on it and one of the symptoms was that when you pee you don't feel "satisfied" meaning you surface like you haven't gotten it all out. and i've noticed a couple times that it feel like that. after a couple of minutes after getting up from sitting on the toilet it goes away. but should i be concerned?
