How effect is laser surgery contained by prostate cancer?

I'm talking a very small cancer, 2.5mm, Gleason 7 age 56 male.
Answers:    I'm not acquainted with Laser Surgery as a means to cure prostate cancer. What I know of is IMRT or the intensity-modulated radiation therapy. This type of treatment offer precise delivery of radiation therapy and has lower exposure for respectable cells thereby reducing side effects. Doctors recommend this type of therapy for low-risk prostate cancers. Source(s): http://www.webmd.com/prostate-cancer/gui…
One treatment does not own a clear advantage in terms of overall survival over others when it comes to prostate cancer. Laser surgery is not a adjectives treatment and I would be curious to know how the tumor size was determined as prostate cancer is often diffused.
