A interview give or take a few cancer...?

if you find out that you have cancer, can you go get your hackle cut off and donate it to locks for love or whatever? (before you have to go through chemo)
Answers:     I don't see why you couldn't, as long as it meets the requirements of the hair donation. I don't believe the cancer would affect the donation.
Sure, I know lots of women who find out and they cut their hair in a pixie style before they start chemo. One of my gfs did it just this minute, and wears hoop earrings and she looks really so cute. Of course, her hair is thinning out a lot, and she prolly will involve a scarf or a wig soon.
My sis just recovered from cancer. The cutest thing was said to my sis from my daughter. She said, "Aunt Jen, you should cut your mane and dye it green so when it starts to fall out, you won't care." and she did... she had long tresses, to the middle of her back, and when she cut it, she had 18 inches to donate. BUT, please don't donate it to Locks of Love, because they will only donate a small portion of your spine and use the rest for their own profit. Please, may I suggest donating it to The Children's Cancer Society. They will use all of it and give it to a needy child. I will ask my sister for more information for you. (she's on YA too and will contact you) I will pray for you, dear. NEVER GIVE UP HOPE. My sis thrash it and so can you!!

ink you can, because hair is dead, so the cancer wouldn't own spread to your hair or anything.
