Since there is no stage 6, I assume you're talking something like a Gleason score of 6, which is very common and is considered to be moderately aggressive. It's really at the low wrapping up of the scale, because a lot of docs wouldn't consider Gleason 5 to be cancer.
Gleason score does not indicate how advanced it is. To grasp an idea of the odds of that you will need more notes like PSA and stage.

My PSA be 6.3 with a gleason score of 3+4=7. My cancer had spread beyond the glands. The numbers give a hand but does not tell the whole story. After the surgery I now own metastatic prostate cancer which hormones are keeping under control.
