i am a 31 years old healthy male near normal sex life.
r some time a lump got developed in my right hand side nipple.
its here since 12 years now.
can it be a cancer ?
men can get breast cancer. However, it is rare for a man to acquire it and VERY rare for it to occur at your age. It would also be highly unusual to hold it for 12 years with no obvious changes. Breast lumps contained by young men are often associated with steroid use. It is not a must to hold it removed, but they can if it bothers you. It would not hurt to have it looked at.
