Call the airlines and see if they are partnered with a program that could help. I know that a friend of mine & her people donates tons of their airline miles for causes like that because they did a drive for it like 2 months ago. THere are different groups, approaching one for people who have family surrounded by the military, others for your cause. People who have a ton of miles that will expire before they can use them repeatedly donate the miles to charities. Google & call the airlines.
luck.
If he can't travel by car or bus, then how will he get to the airport contained by Chicago? And leave the airport in Tennessee?
Plane rides aren't much different from riding in a vehicle, so to influence he can do one, but not the other, seems inconsistent.
You can phone up the Red Cross for help, but they will ask all of these same questions (plus more) and require up to standard answers to all of them. They will also contact his doctor to verify the story.
You can check beside various Angel Flight organizations. Many of them offer flights to population seeking medical treatment at distant facilities, but some may offer hospice transportation too. You will need to check and explain the situation.:

I'm afraid Sherman is correct. No matter what org you contact, if you say he can't travel by saloon, then they will ask how's he going to get to the airport. Or is it that he can only travel a short distance by coupé? Some people can travel only a short distance and that's it. I'm one like that with the sole purpose I don't have a terminal illness either. Have you ever thought of "Make a Wish" I know it's for children, but surrounded by this circumstance, they may make an exception. Also try the Salvation Army. Not sure about that one. Call anyone you can think of. One girl suggested calling the airlines, that too is a fitting idea. Heck if anyone would know about flying programs and taking people home, they would. Is he by any casual, a veteran? If so, try them. I hope you can get your brother home. God bless you for caring so much as all sisters should. Source(s): RN
