If a man have no insurance, opening or property and he get cancer, will the govt sustain him settle for treatment?

This man is older, 61 and he lives with his wife who is on social security. He suddenly comes down beside cancer. Will the state pay for his/her cancer treatment including chemotherapy and surgery?
