Anal Cancer ?? Is This it ?
Here is my situation... Extreme itching and will not have a complete bowel movement unless I manually express my glands. I am also experiencing leakage daily. I am a straight manly 36 who is HIV+ with a CD4 count of 4...Can this be treated with a compromised immune system?

If you're doing what I think you're doing, you could hold a "prolapsed" rectum, or at the least, very weak sphincter muscles. A trip to doc will relief deterimine and if that's the case, some muscle control exercises may help.
I would see a doctor.
