When a person gets cancer, can they physically feel discomfort inside their body?

For ethnic group with breast and testicular cancer, it feels heavy and here is a throbbing pain.
For people with visceral (stomach, esophagus, lungs, larynx, intestine) cancer, it feel like there is a huge blockage inside and it can be very hurting as one swallows, breathes, or defecates.

I had slight (uncomfortable) pain surrounded by my left breast. Nothing that made me say, "Hey, this hurts...think I'll draw from it looked at" It was stage 3 breast cancer so no, it isn't really painful and maybe not even noticable till it get to stage 3 or later.
I had renal cell carcinoma when i be pregnant. I had NO idea I had cancer, I found out when I be 4 months pregnant and carried the cancer until 4 weeks after my baby was born 3 weeks early. I did not enjoy any pain or symptoms. There are cancers that are asymptomatic and mine was one of them. It is VERY major to have annual check ups with your dr. just to win a routine work up, chest x-ray, blood work, urinalysis.....
me yes..but mine be bone cancer..so the pain I felt was the tumor cracking my bones..If you have need of support..

i had a tumor in my chest bigger than a bowling ball...i hurt approaching hell but since i was a swimmer nd this was during swim season i thot i had tendinitis...luckily wen i get a chest xray 8 months ago, they found it nd i started chemo a week after tht.......sometimes depending on the size of the tumor nd where it is located, there may or may not b pain...for me, the most sensitive part of this life-changing experience was going thro the ups nd downs of chemo, but i finsihed 2 weeks ago nd am finally feeling great for the first time within 8 months (:
