Lymphoma question? NEED HELP!?

Alright so i know some of you have already answered but i need to know more. i have 1 to 3 swollen lymph nodes on the right side of my groin. I'm waiting for 2 weeks to see if they run down so while i'm waiting:
hat does it mean in relation to lymphoma that merely about 1/2/3 are swollen and only the right side?
3. How swollen do cancerous lymph nodes get?
4. What does it mingy if there isn't pain when you touch them but then dull at hit or miss times about 1 or 2 times a day (this pain doesn't come across to come directly from the nodes)?
5. In normal, unswollen lymph nodes, should they be visible as like a moment or two bump?
hat does it mean that i can move then from 3-10mm side to side?

Please answer all of these, and i will progress to the doctor if the swelling doesn't go down.

1) Cancerous lymph nodes tend to be hard, painless and matted down to the tissue around them preventing them from being mobile. If they are tender and can move that is extremely good. Sometimes lymph nodes to not return to normal size and can be hard, these are call "shoddy lymph nodes" and again are not cancer.

2) Honestly since all of your nodes are swollen on one side this sounds more like a localized infection to me. Remember the lymph system is part of your bodies immune system and become enlarged when warfare infections.
ancerous lymph nodes are constantly growing in size and can grow to 3 inches in diameter even more. If the node is under 1.5cm surrounded by diameter then it is considered a "normal" size.

4) Again see my answer to question 1, sometimes they do not go down within size and can be painless but are still not considered cancer.

6) Unswollen lymphnodes should not be capable of be "felt" underneath the skin.

7) The fact that you can move them at all is a good sign, as I mentioned in the past cancerous lymph nodes tend to be matted down to the tissue around it causing it to be immobile.
