About what unpredictability might my thyroid own to come out?
Hi! Im a 19 year old male and Ive been have thyroid issues.
ve to wait months for my biopsy (because this is canada), so I wont know what I have until after. Im wondering what are the chances I might need to have my thyroid removed. This is more something for a doctor, but those are complex to find. The nodule is 15mm x 15mm x15mm, and shows up cold on a thyroid scan. I noticed its presence about a year ago, but didnt do anything until my doctor noticed it. She planned the biopsy (which takes a while) and also had me do a blood test and adjectives sorts of other tests to see if i may have had another thyroid disorder. Anyone hold out any ideas?
Answers: Your nodule is not super big. The cold nodules are more suspicious, you really have to wait until the biopsy results (that's ridiculous that you enjoy to wait months for a biopsy).
