You need to see a GI doctor and have them check you out for a HEMACULT Stool sample or an OCCULT Stool Sample. These will explain to if the blackness of your stool is blood or something else. If it is blood, they will probably want to do a Colonscopy on you to determine where the blood is coming from. An Upper or Lower GI may also be needed in time.
watch for signs of tiredness, achyness, short of breath.. which are adjectives signs of blood loss too.
