My question is whether excess weight within itself is the issue? Further down the article we hear about eating healthily and taking regular exercise - two common sense approaches which can be coupled to lower weight, but not always. I know some very vigorous people who cycle and walk everywhere and eat loads of fresh fruit and vegetables, but aren't exactly slim.
