My mother be lately diagnosed near malignant melanoma...how concerned should we be?
I know nothing about this form of cancer. Does anyone have any experience or skill about it?

Answers: I would be exceptionally concerned about it. Cancer is like a fire. You don't want it to get out of paw and burn uncontrollably. You want to stifle it while you have a chance. Definitely attain that taken care of before it's too late.
If it is growing quite fast, you should be concerned. Usually the slower moving cells and spots are usually less likely to be invasive.

It’s impossible to know lacking knowing the stage.
My grandfather noticed one on his neck while shaving that literally appeared over night. He could report to it was cancer immediately and has no medical knowhow at all. It was removed within a week and be melanoma, but it was still non-invasive.
Melanoma can be very dangerous and unpredictable and wants to be dealt with immediately. You really can’t update much just by looking at it. The size on the surface of the skin is not nearly as important as the depth. Source(s): I am a cancer registrar.
