If a cure for cancer is ever found, what is the most promising method of whipping the disease?

Answers: I think it will bw something so simple that anyone can do it, llike on the video link below.
The cure will be much like the treatments they currently use. It will involve directly massacre the cancer cells. We do this now with chemotherapy, radiation, and other drugs that attack the cancer (depending on what character of cancer it is). However, the problem is that it is very difficult to get these drugs to only perform on the cancer cells because they look just like our mundane cells and are surrounded by our normal cells. We get the drift what needs to be done to kill only the cancer and not the nutritious cells, but it is a lot easier said than done. Much research has gone into figure this out, and it will continue for a long time, but eventually they will be able to specifically target the cancer.
ill almost certainly NOT be via chemotherapy, which is not obedient for one in the first place! IF a cure is revealed to us, it will probably be discovered through further stem cell research and targeted therapies--many of which are available now! Don't hold your breath for a cure, though--cancer is too much of a money maker within this country!
there is not likely to be any "silver bullet" cancer cure. Most likely within will continue to be incremental progress unfortunately occurring far too slowly. The particular improvements will alter depending on the type of cancer.
The previous answers mention stem cells. Stem cells by their very spirit mutate much more quickly than other cells making them more likely to do cancer than cure it. Someday, we may be able to use them to repair organs damaged by cancer but they will never be able to be used to in reality cure the cancer.
I doubt we will find a single cure for the hundreds of diseases we classify as cancer in our lifetime. However, it looks like we may be close to curing some cancers soon and these are surrounded by the form of a vaccine. Not as a preventive measure unfortunately, but after diagnosis. I work with a doctor who have developed one for brain tumors and has been quite successful near it and is in trials now. There is another in the works for breast cancer and one that should be market soon for prostate cancer. There never will be a cure, because there are too frequent different kinds of cancer, and each is a different type of mutated cells. Liver cancer cell are not the same as breast cancer cells, etc. Not to mention, "curing" people assumes they adjectives do as they are told in order to keep the cure [whatever that might be] working. People next to lung cancer still smoke because they are totally addicted, etc., etc It is human nature to continue doing whatever fruitless habits a person loves doing, no matter WHAT a doctor say..
