10+ Hours of sleep and still tired every daytime of late have blood oral exam can this be severe allergies?
Hi,
ve felt run down for the past 2 weeks or so. I own been getting between 9 and 12 hours of sleep each night, and when I wakeup, I have a feeling as if I need to sleep more. During the day, I feel as if I call for to nap (and I sometimes do), and I often feel as if I don't enjoy enough energy to do normal accomplishments.
Last year, an allergist said I am allergic to grass pollen... and I have a dog that walks/rolls in the grass and sleeps near me which does not give a hand...
Everything just came stern normal from my blood test. The doctor is shrugging it off, and I really do not know what to do. Can some/all of these be severe allergies? Wouldn't my white blood cell be elevated then? When can I do and what can this be?
Thanks.
Answers: 10 to 12 hours of sleep is too much. Either get an appointment with the pulmonology and sleep centers or go and get rid of the dog.
your alarm clock for 8 to 9 hours of sleep, get up and get dressed and go for an hour way of walking before breakfast. Wear a dust mask for the allergens, then come final in and eat a good large breakfast of bacon, eggs, toast or muffin, glass of milk and one of juice. then start the rest of your afternoon.
More exercise usually cures the "blahs"!
