A couple diabetic things?
Okay to start off i know this may sound pathetic but i want to know something. I am a type one diabetic and i be wondering if i can still go on adventure park rides. Like any kind of rides. Again i know it sounds spiritless but i was diagnosed only a month or so ago so i am still a little dumb.
Answers: So long as your diet and medication are proper, and your blood sugars are "normal" then do what you want.
that the adrenalin from park rides CAN raise your blood sugars , so if you go to the amusement park, pocket your meter and check your blood sugar AT LEAST every two hours.
And stay away from the cotton candy and elephant ears!
I'm type 1 , and i've been heli-skiing, worked as a ski instructor, done white dampen rafting, and had a child.

P.S, take a bit more insulin, and enjoy some cotton candy if you want. As long as it's not every day, treats don't have to be avoided like the plague.
Sure, as long as your BG is OK beforehand you go on. Some rides are kind of vigorous and can lower your BG, some are exciting and they may lift your BG.
