It would be best to put in the picture your parents about your fears so that they can have you tested. Diabetes Type 1 (the body does not produce any insulin) normally affects folks below 40, a lot of whom are not yet even teenagers. Diabetes is a very serious condition so it would be best to own yourself tested at the earliest possible time.
e are a lot of good and informative videos on this at youtube.com. Here's a correct one... (there are a lot more... just type in "diabetes" at the investigate box):

It is hard to tell for sure from your description since that doesn't nouns like a huge amount of times to urinate in a whole 24 hour time. However, 14 years old is around the timeframe when type 1 can set in (has nothing to do beside being overweight at all unlike type 2 which can). If you are concerned, go to your doctor and hold them test you.

My husband became a diabetic at 13. He was urinating as much as once every 30 min's even throughout the hours of darkness, always thirsty, very very tired, and dropped profusely of weight suddenly (although that doesn't always happen for everyone).
