AM I OVERWEIGHT??

You are not completely overweight but you should try to lose a bit of weight. I am thirteen and i am about 5. 7. and i weigh 118 lbs and i am normal shipment so do the math. lose about 10- 20 pounds at most!!
try to eat good things and do a short time exercising.

I would say you're not fat but you need to lose in the region of 20 pounds to be a healthy weight and 30 to be normal/skinny.
can you see your feet when you stand up? If not consequently you maybe a little overweight.
