and i had tingly foot last night, and numbness on my tongue(well kind of , it's intricate to explain what it felt like,..it kind of feel like i put numbing cream on it.. you know , that stuff you put on a canker sore if you have one.)

thanks for answering.:)
Answers:    Gluten intolerance can cause adjectives those symptoms. I had terrible problems with tingling extremities and sores and numbness/tingling on my tongue and it turned out to be vitamin deficiency caused by celiac disease (the disease caused by gluten intolerance). Try a gluten free diet to see if it helps.
I just looked it up this morning because I've had ALL the symptoms below except blurred mirage until two days ago. My mother had diabetes and I suddenly remembered some of her symptoms this morning and looked it up.
quent urination
oExcessive thirst
oExtreme hunger
oUnusual weight loss
itability
oBlurry vision

Here's the connection. I'm also including a link for the Bitter Melon supplement. It is said to make a difference and help relatively a bit. Source(s): http://www.diabetes.org/diabetes-symptom…
