What is the best method to treat skin when you perspire perfusely and are a diabetic?
i am a 57 year old female that has perspired year round and own not been able to control it,please help serios answers
Answers: It isn't any different. I would say the only difference is that you entail to watch your feet. at your age, it is a higher possibility that when your foot crack from perspiration a diabetic ulcer can form and those are no joke.
monitor your skin condition. Keep an eye out for things like cracks, peel, abrasions, and what not and make sure you take prudence of them.
Bathe daily and change your socks on a normal font and you will be fine.
going on for 5 underwear type armless shirts, white and wear them under your clothing. It would help to keep you cool (believe it or not) and it would relief to keep the perspiration from getting onto your clothing.
Also when it comes to your feet which are extra important to aid for, you can wash them on the evenings dry them up properly, like under your toes and moisturize them beside a foot moisturizer (or use a baby powder) I use baby powder an any areas I need extra dryness - (like below by breast) sry if its too much information lol.
I want to say tho I don't like using antiperspirants. I don't approaching the idea of blocking up my pores I just don't think its raw.
Weekly put a cup of plain white vinegar in your bathwater and have a soak and gently rub your skin adjectives over. Your skin would feel like silk after that omg I just reminded myself to do that! lol its really great for dry itchy skin as ably, I believe the vinegar works on getting those dead skin cells out.

I clear up the area with soap Camay soap but if you don't have that you can buy experiment to see witch would work better for you. I in actual fact love to bodyscrub myself as a treat and I love the smell of the coconut ones but I find that helps me but I have that dry type skin so I am not sure if the body scrub would help you but I conjure a moisturizing body wash might be good to.

I think that perspiration is a honest thing. I honestly believe that it suggests a higher metabolic rate with should be newly awesome in helping sugar controls. I wish I could perspire some more. I am also diabetic.
