A teatime for a soul near diabetes?

what sort of meal (main meal) would i make for a person who have diabetes? and why?(high in fibre etc)
Answers:     We can eat pretty much anything, but it's safest to go with a lower-carb lunchtime. You can't go wrong with broiled chicken w/herbs, broccoli or zucchini, a green salad with a non-sweet dressing, and maybe some small wheat rolls. They sell a sugar-free chocolate mousse mix at the grocery store near the pudding, so that would top things off other! Source(s): Type 1 for 25 years
Just make the normal suppertime that you would make for yourself or any other non-diabetic.
ong as we do the right amount of insulin, we can eat whatever the hell we want. It's up to the diabetic to control his or her insulin and carbohydrate intake, not up to you. Obviously, we are supposed to drink lean protein, high fibre, low fat, and slow acting carbs are better than sugary/ refined/ white carbs. But impossible to tell apart goes for everyone. And we don't need any hideous sugar free desserts, if we want to eat cake, we basically need to do a couple of extra units of insulin.

Just cook whatever you approaching to cook!

a diabetic can eat pretty much what everyone else eats...he just have to be careful with amounts of various components. For instance, spaghetti and meatballs, the diabetic should hold only 1/2 cup of pasta, and load up on the meat sauce and maybe a side salad. The diabetic wants to restrict carbohydrate intake and eat more protien and fiber. Source(s): RN
