Am i going to receive diabetes?

hey im only 11 but im a little worried that im gonna get type 2
i jog every day after conservatory, im a little bit overweight at 120 pounds
im pretty tall but after i jog im still a touch bit worried that ill have diabetes one day, please contribute me some recommendations
and what fruits and vegetables are good for the pancreas ?

Answers:     I have have diabetes for 2 years, do not eat anything with sugar, water next to Crystal Light is wonderful, you will love it! I eat salads, fruits and vegetables and Low Fat Yogurt. Do you have a dog? If you do take her or him for a tramp. It is good exercise and give you and your pet some time together. Avoid stress at all cost. And obviously worry. Best of Luck to You Sweetie!

If you keep hold of up the exercise and eat sensibly you won't have to verbs about type 2 diabetes. That usually comes on with being relatively overweight and older. I'm about 70 pounds overweight and have be for years but I'm only just now diabetic. I'm already contained by my mid 50's.
Fruit and vegetables are good for you. They say 5 servings a day or more. Keep your substance down and eat right and you won't every get diabetes.
